New patent from Wafangdian Jinguanda Bearing improves quenching process efficiency

According to the latest reports, information released by the State Intellectual Property Office shows that Wafangdian Jinguanda Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has obtained an innovative patent called "A sealed box for bearing quenching", with the authorization announcement number CN 222182334 U. The patent application was submitted in April 2024.

This new technology is designed to optimize the bearing quenching process and aims to improve the speed and efficiency of quenching. The patent describes a specially constructed sealed box with a slide and a movable baffle, operated by a pull ring, and a built-in ventilation system and fan for cooling the treated bearings. The design of the sealed box ensures that the inside of the box can remain sealed during the quenching process, reducing the impact of the external environment on the quenching effect. In addition, the top of the sealed box uses a sealing gasket and a limit structure to ensure good sealing performance, making the quenching process more efficient and stable.

The 100-day campaign of NXZ Bearing extra large workshop is in progress

In the final sprint of the "100-day attack" campaign, all members of the super-large workshop of NXZ with a positive attitude and firm determination, made every effort to promote various tasks and ensure the smooth completion of the annual goals. Through a series of efficient measures, the workshop successfully implemented the concept of "time is efficiency" and brought the annual tasks to a successful conclusion.

Faced with the challenges of tight time, heavy tasks and high production delivery pressure for relocation work, all employees of the super-large workshop united and completed the migration and installation of all equipment in just over half a month, and adopted a number of strategies to ensure the timely delivery of products:

Solve the problem of equipment startup: The maintenance team responded quickly and solved the problem of equipment startup by temporarily connecting to the power supply to ensure that the production progress was not affected; at the same time, the air pump was used to provide temporary gas supply for the CNC vertical mill, ensuring the stable operation of key equipment and laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.

Optimize resource allocation: In response to urgent customer needs, production resources were flexibly adjusted, and the site and crane of the spare parts workshop were used to complete the electric riveting and assembly processes; and the facilities of the assembly room of the medium and large workshops were used to conduct product re-inspection, typing and packaging, ensuring the smooth delivery of the re-inspected products and meeting the customer's delivery requirements.

Strengthening production continuity: In order to cope with urgent tasks, the workshop implemented a two-shift, 24-hour uninterrupted working mode of CNC vertical mill, speeding up production progress day and night to ensure the timely delivery of key products.

As the "100-day attack" action draws to a close, the super-large workshop not only successfully completed the relocation task, but also ensured the successful completion of the annual key tasks. Looking forward to the future, the workshop will continue to uphold the principle of "customer first, quality first", continuously improve production efficiency and product quality, and contribute to the company's sustainable development.

Recently, Dongfang Electric successfully won the bid for the 100,000 tons/year coal hydrogenation and upgrading unit high-pressure shielded pump project. Dongfang Electric's shielded pump entered the coal-to-oil industry for the first time.

The development of the coal-to-oil industry is a major measure to further promote the energy revolution. It is of great significance to ensure my country's energy security, improve the voice of international oil trade, and realize the clean and efficient transformation and utilization of coal. The shielded pump of this project is the key core equipment of the coal-to-oil production line. The main conveying medium is oil-coal slurry, with a design temperature of 450℃ and a design pressure of 20Mpa, which has extremely high requirements for the pump.

The canned motor pump is a non-rotating static seal pump. It adopts the integrated structure design of "water pump + motor". The water pump part and the drive motor are connected as a whole. The medium to be transported is sealed in the pump and the motor. Compared with traditional mechanical sealing equipment, it truly achieves "zero leakage". The canned motor is suitable for high temperature and high pressure, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful environments. It has the advantages of "zero leakage, long life, high reliability", etc. It has a wide range of applications, complex development technology, and great difficulty in research and development.

The latest announcement from the State Intellectual Property Office shows that Ningbo Tongren Bearing Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained a new patent called "A bearing steel ball cleaning machine", with the authorization announcement number CN 222175041 U. The application time of the patent can be traced back to January 2024.

According to the patent abstract, this utility model design relates to a cleaning device specifically for bearing steel balls. It is characterized by being equipped with an operating platform on which a cleaning device and an automatic feeding system are installed. The cleaning device consists of two main parts: one is a rotating cleaning unit fixed on the platform, which is driven to rotate by a drive system; the other is a second cleaning unit that can move up and down and is sleeved on the outside of the rotating cleaning unit. A closed cleaning channel is formed between the two cleaning units for thoroughly cleaning the steel balls. Recently, the "ultra-high-speed mechanical power closed test bench" carefully developed by Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pingyao Reducer") has been successfully debugged. Its gear linear speed peak reaches 162m/s and the speed is as high as 50,000 revolutions per minute.

With the vigorous development of my country's new energy vehicle industry and the independent rise of aerospace technology, the speed of internal gears in new energy vehicles and aero engines has been rising day by day, and has exceeded tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of revolutions under some working conditions. Therefore, the research on fatigue life, dynamic characteristics and lubrication characteristics of high-speed gears has become a top priority. However, domestic testing equipment is still mostly dependent on imports. In view of this, Pingyao Reducer and the Gear Research Institute of the top domestic university have jointly promoted the research and development and trial production of this project.

After the successful implementation and operation of the "ultra-high-speed mechanical power closed test bench", it can provide strong support for the fatigue life test and dynamic characteristics research of high-speed gears, and accelerate the progress of fatigue life characteristics research of conventional gears. At the same time, the test bench can also seamlessly connect with the company's core patented technology "mechanical loader" to achieve stepless and dynamic load adjustment during the test process, further improving the accuracy and flexibility of the test.
